Hamas aerial detection capabilities were destroyed in air strikes, IDF says
The IDF said it destroyed advanced systems developed by the Hamas terrorist organization during air strikes on Tuesday night. The equipment and technology were reportedly used to detect aircraft flying over the Gaza Strip.
Over the years, Hamas has set up a network of cameras, hidden inside solar water heaters all around the Gaza Strip, in order to track and monitor Israeli aircraft, according to the IDF.
The Israeli Air Force struck all of the network sites and demolished Hamas' ability to form an accurate picture of the skies and to target IDF aircraft.
