Iranian exile claims regime is holding protesters’ bodies to blame Israel if attacked
Iranian exile and social media influencer Younes Sadeghiani, who lives in London, stated in an interview with Kan News on Tuesday that Iran is preparing a narrative strategy if the United States attacks Iran.
Sadeghiani alleged that the regime is withholding the bodies of protesters in hospitals and mosques and not releasing them to families, so they could later be used to blame the U.S. and Israel if strikes occur, calling it a “very dark strategy.”
He also said there is no clear information about the fate of detained protesters, disputing statements by U.S. President Donald Trump that the Islamic Republic has not carried out executions. According to Sadeghiani, executions have taken place and thousands were killed during the protests.
